Payments and Cancellation Policy 2023/2024
The payment & cancellation policy is according to the Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) with the exception of § 5.7 and 5.8. and the following:
Cancellation up to 60 days prior to the fixed arrival date is free of cost. For cancellation 60 to 30 days prior arrival 50% of the package price will be charged. For cancellation within 30 days prior arrival, for early departure or for no-show 100% of the package price will be charged.
To secure the booking we kindly ask for a deposit of 50 % right after the confirmation.
